Meena Pradhan

Meena Pradhan serves as the Care Co-ordinator and Senior Field Supervisor, bringing strong experience across Health and Social Care, staff coordination, and client service delivery. Since joining in 2021, she has progressed into a key role where she manages and coordinates staff rosters, liaises with clients and professionals, and helps ensure that care expectations are met with consistency and reliability.

Meena has first-hand experience of the requirements and challenges involved in staffing and field supervision, which enables her to support smooth day-to-day service delivery. Her practical knowledge, leadership approach, and understanding of care operations make her well placed to support both clients and staff effectively.

She holds a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care, a Bachelor’s degree in Computing, and an MBA. She has also completed mandatory professional training, including GDPR training and Train the Trainer in Moving & Handling. Her background includes MBA studies at the University of Central Lancashire.
