Home care is support delivered in your own home instead of a care home. HTR Care sends professional carers to your home on an hourly basis, or to live with you full-time, covering personal care, medication support, and companionship. Home care keeps people safe, comfortable, and independent at home.
HTR Care provides 9 main types of home care. Visiting care covers personal care, meal preparation, medication support, and mobility assistance. HTR Care provides live-in care, dementia care, respite care, overnight care, and companionship care for people with more complex or continuous needs. Care adjusts as needs change over time.
Families choose HTR Care for 3 main reasons: carer consistency, personalised matching, and local coverage. HTR Care sends the same carers wherever possible, building trust and routine in the home. Carers are matched on both care needs and personality, and HTR Care operates across Uxbridge, Hillingdon, Greater London, and surrounding areas.
Yes. HTR Care assigns the same carers to your home wherever the rota allows. Consistent carers build familiarity, reduce anxiety, and make daily routines feel settled rather than disruptive.
To start care with HTR Care, contact the team and describe the support needed. HTR Care arranges a home visit or telephone assessment, then creates a personalised care plan. A suitable carer is matched, and care begins, often within days, depending on urgency.
Yes. HTR Care is registered with and regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). The CQC carries out regular inspections, sets mandatory care standards, and holds providers accountable for safe delivery. All HTR Care carers are trained, DBS-checked, and supervised before and during placement.
HTR Care maintains safety through 5 continuous processes. First, all carers complete background checks and training before starting. Second, the home environment receives a risk assessment before care begins. Third, carers are supervised and reviewed on an ongoing basis. Fourth, care plans are revised when health needs change. Fifth, care quality is monitored at each visit, not just at the start.
For Care needs change, HTR Care increases or reduces support at any point. Changes include moving from hourly visiting care to live-in care, adding overnight support, or adjusting visit frequency. HTR Care reviews care plans when health circumstances shift.
Yes. HTR Care supports both the person receiving care and their family. Support covers regular care updates, guidance during uncertain situations, help adjusting to changing health needs, and arrangement of respite care when a family carer needs rest.
Yes. HTR Care arranges urgent care when availability and a completed assessment allow it. Urgent requests arise from sudden health changes, hospital discharge, or a family carer becoming unavailable. Contact HTR Care directly to discuss response times for your situation.
